Data migration portal
Bring your practice's data into WolfieAssist, or take it back out.
This page runs the desktop half of the WolfieAssist migration pipeline. Open WolfieAssist on your iPad, start a migration job, and enter the pairing code below.
How this works
- Open WolfieAssist → Settings → Migration on your iPad.
- Choose Start Import Job (bring data in) or Build Multi-File Pack and Upload (get data out).
- On your PC, Mac, or Linux box, open this portal (bookmark
migrate.wolfiepims.net, or use the link the iPad shared). - Enter the pairing code, upload or download, then finish Apply on the iPad after a local backup.

What can I move?
The portal accepts a range of source packs. Pick the one that matches the file your other practice management system produced. Every format below feeds the same conversion engine; the difference is the file layout and column names.
Privacy & PHI handling
- Uploads are stored encrypted in Cloudflare R2 for at most 48 hours.
- The WolfieAssist app deletes its copy from our storage as soon as it acknowledges the apply.
- We never publish, index, or forward the raw source pack.
- The pairing code is the only capability that binds an upload to a device. It expires in 15 minutes.
- Nothing on this portal is shared with any third-party analytics service.
